Meet the Owner
A native of Jacksonville, Florida, Caleb graduated from Florida A&M University with a degree in accounting, gaining valuable early tax preparation experience under the mentorship of a seasoned local CPA.
Following his studies, Caleb moved to Midland, Michigan, where he joined a Fortune 500 chemical company. Serving as a contract and cost accountant, he specialized in analyzing service agreements and designing sophisticated cost flow models. He later advanced within the organization to the role of tax accountant, where he managed complex US tax compliance for foreign entities and handled quarterly reporting for the Canadian government.
In 2023, Caleb returned to Jacksonville, joining another Fortune 500 firm within the rail sector as a procure-to-pay accountant, where he oversaw bank reconciliations and expense audits. The following year, Caleb earned his Master of Accountancy with a specialization in Taxation from the University of West Florida. Upon completing his graduate degree, Caleb successfully passed the CPA examination to earn his license in Florida. Today, he serves as a Senior Technical Accountant focusing on intricate insurance accounting while leading Caleb Goshay, CPA, PLLC, dedicated to tax and bookkeeping for small businesses.
